Machine Main Features
1. Adopt synchronous belt drive, less running noise, higher stability.
2. Chamber doctor blade system, so that the speed of the whole machine can reach 150m/min;
3. The LPI can be decided according to the needs of customers by using the top quality brand ceramic anilox rollers.
4. With the printing imaging inspection equipment;
5. Low speed and full load startup; stable running by tension control when increasing and decreasing speed, noise is decreased
6. High dots presentation rate under high speed; clear and vivid stratification of screen printing; strong stereo effect and accurate registering.
7. The special made modulus angular gears adopted; accurate printing size and full printing specifications (5mm is a spec)
8. With the air exhaust, blowing and heating settings; the heating system adopts the central thermostatic control system and group management, also with the cold air forming devices.
9. Printing rolls should keep moving while machine halted
10. Automatic material roll unwinding with cylinders, and auto magnetic tension, edge correction system.
11. Rewinding unit adopts speed mode with tension arms, frequency motor, floating roll, and PLC control.
12. Printing plate lifting system with hydraulic pressure control.
13. Reversible printing available.
